Job duties:
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods,
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas,
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers,
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment,
• Clean kitchen and work areas,
• Manage kitchen operations

Skills requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Completion of apprenticeship/college/other program in cooking or food safety OR several years of commercial cooking experience is required.

Additional Information:
• Relocation cost covered by the employer
