Harman Elite Construction Ltd., located at 7086 Jasper Drive Vernon, BC V1H 1P2 is seeking to hire 2 Full-time Drywall Installers to join our team full-time. We are looking for hard-working, experienced people to join our company soon.

Duties:

Cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners.
Fill joints, nail indentations, holes, and cracks with joint compound using a trowel and broad knife.
Lathers install support framework for ceiling systems, interior and exterior walls, and partitions.
Fabricate and install suspended metal ceiling grids and place them in panels to form acoustical and coffered ceilings.
Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall panels according to design plans.
Fasten panels and tiles to support structures.
Apply tape and sealing compound to cover joints between wallboards.

Job Requirements:

Completion of Secondary School is required.

Must be able to communicate and understand English.
Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods, and carry out strenuous physical tasks.
Ability to work long hours and weekends as required.

A minimum of 1 year of experience is required.

Compensation: $ 28.10/hr. for 40 hours per week
