User Support Technician

We are looking to hire a User Support Technician. User Support Technicians provide first-line technical support for computer hardware, software, and network issues, diagnosing and resolving problems. The right candidate will perform the following tasks:
• Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced
• Provide excellent technical support to clients by communicating with them and resolving their concerns regarding software
• Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions
• Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
• Ensure all software is professionally installed and working according to the client’s needs
• Participate in the redesign of applications and managed IT solutions software
• Maintain records of data communication transactions, problems, and remedial actions taken or installation activities taken

Compensation: $36.60 per hour, 40 hours per week.
