Cleaners

Canada’s Best Value Inn, located at 9705 Alaska Road, Fort St. John, BC V1J 1A4, is looking for 2 full-time cleaners. These are year-round, full–time positions. We are committed to providing 24-hour service as part of our commitment to making our guests’ visits as pleasant and comfortable as possible.

The right candidates will provide the following services:
Perform cleaning duties in all guest areas and the rooms.
Emptying garbage cans and picking up debris.
Vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop floors, and dust furniture.
Clean and disinfect operating rooms and other hospital areas.
Wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
Report and store lost and found items.
Attend to guests for extra supplies.

We are offering $22.75 per hour/week.

Required skills: The cleaners will have the ability to lift 20-pound loads, perform physically demanding tasks, and communicate in basic English. Some previous experience as a cleaner is an asset.
