Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Buyer to join our team. The Buyer will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials and services to meet the company’s operational needs.

Duties:
* Study market reports, trade periodicals and sales promotion materials
* Establish and maintain contact with suppliers
* Maintain adequate stock levels
* Negotiate prices, discounts, credit terms and transportation arrangements with suppliers
* Review requirements of establishment and determine quantity and type of merchandise to purchase

Qualifications:
* Completion of college is required.
* Previous work experience in retail or wholesale establishments is asset.
* In-depth knowledge and understanding of global transportation services.
* Solid communication and multi-task skills.
* Experience in sourcing materials and services to meet operational requirements
