Job duties:
Prepare foodstuffs for use by cooking staff, including peeling, slicing, washing, and trimming vegetables, fruits, and meats
Keep kitchen area clean and sanitized by using a variety of cleaning products to clean food preparation surfaces, clean floors, and removing trash
Keep refrigerators and freezers stocked with proper ingredients for meal preparation
Clean dishes, flatware, pots and pans using cleaning equipment or by hand
Assist cooking staff and restaurant management with a variety of duties, as required

Terms of employment: Full-time or part-time; approximately 40 hours per week for full-time, whereas part-time hours will vary; day, evening, and weekend shifts

Wage: $15.50/hour
