Job duties:
– Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of food service staff who prepare, portion and service food
– Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
– Establish methods to meet work schedules
– Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and waste
– Train food service staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
– Ensure that food served and service provided to customers meets quality control standards

Terms of employment: Full-time; permanent; days, evenings, weekends; will be required to work a variety of shifts to meet the needs of the business

Wage: $17.00/hour
