Responsibilities
1. Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, cleaning fish, cutting meat and fruit.
2. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
3. Assist in receiving and storing deliveries of food and kitchen supplies.
4. Sweep and mop floors and perform other duties to assist cook and kitchen staff.
5. Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations and perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen management team.
