Job Description:

1. Maintain and update patients’ electronic health records with accuracy, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
2. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments for patients, optimizing the clinic’s workflow and enhancing patient satisfaction.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, healthcare professionals, and external agencies, providing timely and effective communication.
4. Process billing transactions and insurance claims, applying correct coding practices to ensure accurate reimbursement and financial records.
5. Prepare, manage, and organize medical documents and correspondence, ensuring they meet legal and professional standards.
6. Monitor and manage inventory of medical supplies and office stationery, ensuring availability and placing orders as needed.
7. Efficiently handle patient check-in and check-out processes, including verification of personal and insurance information.
8. Perform data entry tasks for patient information, appointments, and financial transactions, contributing to the preparation of reports for clinic management.
9. Assist in providing patients with educational materials and information regarding their health, treatments, and procedures as directed by healthcare professionals.

Qualification and skills:
1. Completion of secondary school
2. 1 years of relative experience
3. Ability to manage records and schedules efficiently.
4. Strong verbal and written skills for effective patient and team interaction.
5. Accurate data entry and document management.
