Job Description

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

•         Process securities transactions using in-house software;

•         Coordinate with clients and stakeholders by email and phone, including lawyers, accountants,  financial institutions, corporate officers and directors;

•         Ensure the accurate and timely completion of documents related to share issuances and transfers and other securities transactions;

•         Produce and distribute physical share certificates and share statements for shareholders;

•         Organize and prepare documents for corporate annual general meetings; and

•         Other administrative duties or projects as assigned

Required languages: English

Education level: Post Secondary

Required skills: Attention to detail and organized; Team player; Takes initiative and ensures tasks are completed fully and timely; Effective task prioritization;Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook;Clear and effective oral and written communication;Excellent time management;Able to accept feedback positively;
