• Be familiar with authentic Japanese ramen and explain the various types of ramen.
• Willing to learn and explain the custom preparation techniques at the restaurant to customers
• Take orders and relay to the kitchen and bar staff. Be aware of Quality control standards of the restaurant.
• Serve food and beverages
• Familiar with the restaurant point of sale system, bill creation, and reconciliation
• Clear and clean dining areas
• Willingness to train and supervise new staff.
• Ability in Japanese preferred.

Wage: $18 per hour before tips. FT 35 hours a week

Required languages: English, with some ability in Japanese
