Position Available: 2
Salary: $20.50/Hour based on 40 hours per week
Employment Duration: Full-Time, 2-Year Contract
Job Location: 4010-32 Street, Vernon, BC, V1T 5P3

TASKS:
 Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including meats, vegetables, noodles, rice, and soups
 Supervise kitchen helpers and ensure the smooth operation of kitchen tasks
 Monitor food and supply inventory, as well as maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and work areas
 Planning menu items, determining portion sizes, and managing other essential kitchen supplies
 Training new kitchen staff when required
SKILLS:
 Graduation of secondary school
 At least one year of related experience in back kitchen
 Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
