Job Duties and Responsibilities:
 Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
 Wash, peel, cut, and slice ingredients.
 Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
 Store ingredients and food items according to food safety standards.
 Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
 Handle and store all utensils, cooking instruments and cutting boards in their respective places.
 Remove kitchen garbage and replace garbage bags.

Job Requirements:
 Related education or work experience is preferred but not required; On-site training will be provided.
 No language requirement. Able to speak and understand mandarin is an asset.
 Capable of handling pressure during busy periods.
 Comfortable standing for extended periods.
 Flexible availability for shifts, including weekends, holidays, and late nights.
