As a Food Service Supervisor, you will perform the following duties:

• Supervise and coordinate daily food service operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Oversee kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and support personnel.
• Monitor food preparation, portion control, and presentation to meet quality standards.
• Manage inventory levels, place orders, and conduct regular stock assessment.
• Ensure health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace.
• Create and maintain shift schedules for staff, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Proven experience in food services for at least one year
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
• Able to stand for long period of time.
• Able to speak Mandarin is an asset.
