As a Kitchen Helper, you will perform the following duties:

• Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
• Wash, peel, cut, and slice ingredients
• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
• Store ingredients and food items according to food safety standards
• Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
• Handle and store all utensils, cooking instruments and cutting borads in their respective places
• Remove kitchen garbage and replace garbage bags

Job Requirements:
• No education or work experience requirement. On-site training will be provided
• No language requirement. Able to speak and understand mandarin is an asset
• Be able to work under pressure during rush time
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Able to work varying shifts, including weekends, holiday, and late night.
