Job Location: 1605-4500 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC, V5H 2A9

As a Line Cook, you will perform the following duties:

• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
• Cook menu items with the support of other kitchen staff
• Report and follow executive chef’s instructions
• Ensure food comes out in high quality and in a timely fashion
• Make sure inventory and supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas are appropraite
• Clean up the station and take care of leftover food

Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Have relative working experience in culinary is perferred
• Fluent in English, strong communication and interpersonal skills. Be able to speak Mandarin is an asset.
• Be able to work under pressure during rush time
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Able to work varying shifts, including weekends, holiday, and late night.
