United Protective Flooring Inc. at 9 Sillett Drive, Ajax, Ontario, L1T3J2 has full time and permanent vacancies for 6 Epoxy Flooring Installers. The duties will be performed across the Ontario province at client locations.

The duties will be
• Inspect, measure and mark surfaces to be covered
• Grind and chipping the concrete floors
• Sweep and Vacuum floors to remove dust
• Calculate the amount of epoxy needed
• Mix the epoxy correctly before applying
• Apply floor coatings to floors and walls
• Install epoxy floor covering using rollers and other hand tools
• Inspect and repair damaged epoxy floor coverings

Experience
• Must be competent in the installation of Epoxy and Polyurethane floors that could include:
o Decorative Epoxy flooring with Quartz and Flakes
o All resinous quarter inch resurfacing floors (Self level and hand troweled)
o Waterproofing Systems
o Decorate seamless flooring
o Noise reducing epoxy flooring
o Texture epoxy flooring finishes
o Yellow line marking
o Epoxy and Polyurethane coves
o Various Floor coatings
o Sloping floors with Epoxy and Polyurethane
o Epoxy wall coatings including fiberglass
• Experience in the use of propelled shot blaster and grinder
• Experience in the use of hand tools for epoxy flooring systems installation
• English is used in the workplace

Wages
• CAD22.50 – CAD 35.00 per hour
• 35 hours of work per week, overtime as required on holidays and weekends as required
• Airline ticket as part of relocation assistance will be paid
• Assistance will be provided for accommodation (including utilities) not exceeding 30 % of gross wages (not free)
