It establishes a novel community aimed at motivating students and tutors to expand their networks and surpass the conventional boundaries of education.

Job Description
1. Set up the company goals, approve and implement the company policies.
2. Establish core departments and senior roles for the company.
3. Distribute and enhance the financial and human resources to implement the company’s education programs.
4. Conduct the financial and administrative controls for the company.
5. Choose mid-level managers, directors, or other executives; empower them with appropriate authority, and foster an optimal work environment.
6. Coordinate the online education activities of regions, divisions, or departments.
7. Serve as the organization’s representative or assign delegates to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other business functions.
8. Stay abreast of industry trends in online tutoring, market demands, and client preferences to ensure the company’s product offerings remain relevant, appealing, and competitive.

Qualifications & Experience:
1. College diploma in business administration or other discipline related to the relevant field.
2. 2+ years’ experience in middle or senior leaders hip role in online tutoring/education or relevant industry.
3. Strong business acumen and a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
4. Outstanding leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
