Time College Group Inc. provide top quality tutoring services, covering all academic levels from Elementary to College and University. Time Education is a small group/one on one style tutoring company with three locations across Greater Vancouver. Current campuses are in south Surrey, Richmond, and Vancouver. We assist many students in a successful application to Ivy League Universities, including Princeton and Stanford. Our students have attended a number of renowned post-secondary institutions, including our own well-known local universities, UBC and SFU. We also have confidence and fully guarantee entry into a university program upon successful completion of all entrance requirements demanded by the institution of students’ choice.

Job Description:
• Oversee day-to-day operations at Surrey campus, ensuring facilities are well-maintained, and resources are available to support tutoring activities.
• Manage and supervise office staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and scheduling to ensure efficient operation across all three campuses.
• Oversee budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting for the company.
• Develop and implement strategies for student enrollment, including creating admission processes and monitoring application deadlines.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures to uphold top-quality tutoring services.
• Work with the academic team to coordinate and implement tutoring curricula that align with academic standards and meet the needs of students across different academic levels.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new students and promote the tutoring services provided by Time College Group Inc.
• Ensure the company’s adherence to all relevant educational regulations and licensing requirements.
• Collect and analyze data related to student enrollment, performance, and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Foster and maintain relationships with local universities and educational institutions to explore collaboration opportunities and stay updated on entrance requirements and academic trends.
