Salary: $17.00 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Qualifications:
– Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English is required.
– Completion of secondary (high) school is required.
– 2 years to less than 3 years of work experience as a cook is required.

Job duties:
– Make soup, boil noodles and prepare ingredients for Japanese Ramen noodle;
– Prepare, cook, and present Japanese style fried dumpling and Garlic Pork Rice Bowl;
– Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and order them as needed;
– Supervise kitchen staff and helpers;
– Schedule kitchen staff;
– Clean kitchen and work areas;
– Inspect kitchens and food service areas
