The Chief Executive Officer at Thinkbeyond Coating Solutions Ltd., will be responsible for working collaboratively with the Sales, Maintenance, Marketing and Administrative Departments to create effective promotional, operating, and financial strategies for the company. The position will require the ability and knowledge to manage the headquarters in Mississauga, Ontario and subsidiary service location. He/she will be mindful of the impact on material, human and financial resources during the implementation of these strategies. JOB DUTIES
The duties of the Chief Executive Officer at Thinkbeyond Coating Solutions Ltd. will include but are not limited to:

• Establish objectives for the company and formulate or approve policies and programs
• Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
• Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs; establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall personnel planning
• Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff
• Coordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
• Represent the company, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the company, in negotiations or other official functions.

Required languages: English

Education level: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or other related discipline

Required skills: 3-5 Years of Managerial Experience in trade or other service industry
