Job Title: Line Cook
Term of employment: Full Time 2 years/ Renewable. 40 hours per week
Start day: As soon as possible
Shift(s): 5 Days a week, may require working on weekends.
Language: English
Wage: $ 17-$19 per hour.

MAIN DUTIES
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies, Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, Order supplies and equipment, Clean kitchen and work areas, Manage kitchen operations

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years experience.
No degree, certificate or diploma required
Chef training is preferred
Physically demanding, Standing for extended periods, Attention to detail, Bending, crouching, kneeling
