Salary: $18.55 hourly for 30 to 44 hours per week

Qualifications:
– Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English is required;
– Completion of secondary (high) school is required;
– 2 years to less than 3 years of related work experience in a restaurant is required.

Job duties:
– Supervise and co-ordinate activities of kitchen staff and servers;
– Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures;
– Ensure food service and quality control is always properly implemented according to the service and quality standards of The Daily Dumpling Wonton Co;
– Prepare and submit daily sales reports to management;
– Establish work schedules, and methods and plans to meet the schedules for kitchen staff and servers;
– Prepare budget and cost estimates;
– Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage;
– Order supplies and beverages, and ensure a healthy level of stock is always maintained;
– Address customers’ complaints or concerns;
– Supervise food and beverage servers and other staff.

– Ability to Supervise: 11 to 15 people;
