Night Clerks

Sicamous Super “8” Motel, located at 1120 Riverside Ave, Sicamous, BC V0E 2V0, is looking for 2 Night Clerks. We are committed to providing 24-hour front desk service to make our guests’ visits as pleasant and comfortable as possible. These are year-round, full–time positions.

The right candidate will provide the following services:
processing reservations, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering incoming phone calls, processing payments for departing guests using cash, debit or credit, booking reservations based on availability, processing requests for wake-up calls and messages, activating room keys using electronic machines, reporting accidents, injuries or any other situation to management, documenting maintenance needs or guests’ complaints and submitting reports to management, as well as performing any additional duties related to the night clerk position.

Qualifications: We are looking for a High School Graduate with a passion for customer service. Must possess computer skills. Must be available to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, and night shifts. Possess excellent communication skills. Previous experience in similar positions is considered an asset.

We are offering $18.00/hour. 40 hours/week.
