Super 8 Motel – Night Clerks

Super “8” Motel located at 1601 13 Ave SE High River, AB, T1V 2B1 is looking for 2 Night Clerks. We are committed to providing 24-hour front desk service to make our guests’ visits as pleasant and comfortable as possible. These are year-round, full–time positions.

The right candidates will provide the following services: processing reservations, handling check-ins, and check-outs. Answering incoming phone calls. Process payment for departing guests by cash, debit, or credit. Book reservations based on availability. Process requests for wake-up calls and messages. Activate room keys using electronic machines. Report accidents, injuries, or any other situation to management. Document any maintenance needs or guests’ complaints and submit reports to management. Perform any additional duties related to the night clerk position.

We are offering $18.00/hr. 40 hours/week.

Education level: Completion of High School.

Required skills: Passionate about customer service. Must possess computer skills. Must be available to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, and night shifts. Possess excellent communication skills. Previous experience in similar positions is considered an asset.
