Sun Sui Wah Seafood Restaurant is now in Vancouver and Richmond, bringing to the public its world-famous roast squab, seafood, dim sum and Cantonese cuisine to satisfy the palate of gourmets. Currently, we are looking for a new kitchen helper to join our Richmond team.

As a Kitchen Helper, you will perform the following duties:
• Prepare meal ingredients for the cook, which includes washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing ingredients;
• Wash and dry all dishes, utensils, cooking instruments and cutting boards;
• Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment;
• Mop, sweep and polish the kitchen areas as required;
• Packing take-out orders as needed;
• Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas;

Job Requirements:
• No education or work experience is required. We are willing to provide the on-the-job training for the right candidate;
• Be able to work under pressure during busy periods;
• Able to stand for long period of time
• Able to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and late nights;
