RETAIL STORE SUPERVISOR

SOJ Holdings Inc. is looking for 2 Retail Store Supervisors for our business located in Crescent Valley, BC.

The right candidate will perform the following duties:
• Oversee the daily store operations and supervise the retail sales staff and cashiers.
• Prepare work schedules for staff
• Authorize payments and process the return of merchandise.
• Resolve customer and associate complaints and other issues.
• Maintain inventory and order merchandise as needed.
• Coordinate with management to improve the store’s efficiency
• Ensure that excellent customer service is delivered at all times
• Prepare reports to management regarding the store’s sales, inventory, and other matters that concern the business.
• Train the staff to meet the store’s needs.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Wages: $ 24.25/hr/hr. for 40 hrs. per week.

Required languages: English

Education level: Completion of secondary school

Required skills: A minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience. Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers and co-workers. Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and evenings to accommodate the business hours which are from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
