Food Service Supervisor

Sky Enterprises Inc dba strEATS, located at 218-32500 South Fraser Way, Abbotsford, BC V2T 4W1, is looking for 1 Food Service Supervisor to join our team.

The Food Service Supervisor will perform the following duties:

Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of Food Counter Attendants.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies as required.
• Opening and/or closing the store
• Responsible for the cash count at the beginning and end of the business day
• Train new employees on specific job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Supervise and maintain stocked refrigerators, salad bars, and keep records of the quantity of food required.
• Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards.
• May perform the same activities as the food counter attendants if required.
May participate in the hiring of food Counter Attendants.

Wages are $20.00 per hour for 40 hrs/week

Education level: Secondary school is an asset

Required skills: · A minimum of 1 year of experience in food preparation or service, · May require working evenings, weekends, and holidays · Ability to communicate well in English with customers and co-workers. · Must be punctual, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast pace environment.
