Sicamous Super “8” Motel located at 1120 Riverside Ave, Sicamous, BC V0E 2V0 is looking for 2 Night Clerks. We are committed to providing 24-hour front desk service as part of our commitment to make our guest’s visits as pleasant and comfortable as possible. These are year-round, full–time positions.

The right candidate will provide the following services: processing reservations, handling check-ins, and check-outs. Answering incoming phone calls. Process payment for departing guests by cash, debit, or credit. Book reservations based on availability. Process requests for wake-up calls and messages. Activate room keys using electronic machines. Report accidents, injuries, or any other situation to management. Document any maintenance needs or guests’ complaints and submit reports to management. Perform any additional duties related to the night clerk position.

Qualifications: We are looking for a High School Graduate with a passion for customer service. Must possess computer skills. Must be available to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, and night shifts. Possess excellent communication skills. Previous experience in similar positions is considered an asset.

We are offering $19.00/hr. 40 hours/week.
