Job duties:
– Direct and organize daily operations of the restaurant
– Maintain and control inventory for the business
– Analyze revenue, costs, prices, and other financial aspects of the business
– Resolve customer complaints and concerns that may arise during business operation
– Perform human resource duties, such as hiring and terminating employees, as well as ensuring they are properly supervised and trained for their daily duties
– Complete performance reviews and feedback for food service staff members
– Complete orders and arrange for suppliers for food supplies and essential items for day-to-day operation of the business
– Ensure all essential equipment for daily operations are in working order, arranging for servicing and maintenance, as required

Terms of employment: Permanent, full-time position for approximately 30-35 hours each week

Wage: $35.50/hour

Education required: Completion of high school is required. Completion of college-level program in Food Service and/or Hospitality Management is required for the position.

Work experience required: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the food service industry is required. Minimum of 1 year of experience supervising food service staff is required.

Skills required: Knowledge of Korean cuisine is an asset to the position.

Language requirements: Fluent communication in English is required. Communication in Korean language would be an asset to the position.

Required languages: English & Korean

Education level: Completion of college-level program in Food Service and/or Hospitality Management is required for the position.

Required skills: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the food service industry is required, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
