Tasks: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders, Bake mixed dough and batters, Draw up production schedules, Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards, Operate machinery
Supervision: 1 to 2 people
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to distinguish between colours, Attention to detail, Fast-paced environment, Hand-eye co-ordination, Handling heavy loads, Manual dexterity, Repetitive tasks, Standing for extended periods
Benefits: Financial Benefits – Bonus (Worker is paid an additional $1 for every hour worked if they make the Samosas according to the color, size and shape requested by the employer which is determined at the employer’s sole discretion.)
