Job duties:
– Supervise and oversee daily duties of cashier and retail staff
– Create work schedules to ensure adequate sales coverage
– Create orders to maintain stock of items on the sales floor
– Resolve customer complaints and concerns
– Authorize returns for merchandise
– Create reports for business owner regarding sales and volume, as well as staffing matters like discipline
– Train retail staff to fulfill their duties, and assist with hiring new staff to fill vacancies
– Accept responsibilities for opening and closing the door on some work days, depending on shift schedule
– May be required to fill in some cashier duties, as required

Terms of employment: Full-time, permanent position; days, evenings, weekends; approximately 40 hours per week

Wage: $17.00/hour
