Job duties:
• Order merchandise
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
• Oversee payroll administration
• Conduct performance reviews

Skills requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required.
• Must have good leadership skills and customer service skills.
