Title of position: 1 Automotive Service Technician
Terms of employment: Full-time year-round work

Job Duties:
• Review work orders and discuss work with the supervisor.
• Identify mechanical problems by using computerized diagnostic equipment.
• Perform regular services such as oil change and lubrication, replacing filters and checking fluid levels.
• Perform scheduled maintenance following vehicle’s make and model guidelines.
• Test vehicle systems to ensure proper and safe operation.
• Perform vehicle care and maintenance, including topping fluid levels, cleaning windows, checking tire pressure, etc.
• Repair or replacement of vehicle parts such as brakes, fuel system, etc.
• Advice customers on work performed, general vehicle condition and future repair requirements.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Wages: $27.50/hr based on 40 hrs a week
Location of work: Mississauga, ON

Qualifications:
• Completion of Secondary School is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or a combination of several years of experience and industry courses is required.
