Job duties:
– Supervise and co-ordinate daily activities of food service staff
– Train staff in their required work duties, cleanliness requirements, and safety procedures
– Make purchase orders and maintain inventory of essential items used in the kitchen and front end
– Create work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during every operating day
– Help resolve customer concerns and complaints
– Ensure all food served and customer service offered meets company standard

– May be required to perform cashier and clean-up tasks, as required

Terms of employment: Full-time; permanent; days, evenings, nights, weekends; must be available to work any shift to meet the needs of the business

Wage: $18.65/hour

Education required: Completion of high school is required.

Work experience required: 1 to 2 years of experience working in a food service or restaurant setting is required.

Skill requirements: Writing and speaking English is required for the position. Knowledge of Portuguese cuisine is an asset to the position. Fluency in Portuguese language is an asset to the position.
