Job duties:
– Bake a variety of bread, doughs, and sweet goods according to our European style
– Bake and decorate cakes, including custom-made and stock
– Ensure quality of products meets company standards
– Clean and sanitize all food preparation surfaces and cooking utensils
– Train and supervise entry-level bakery staff

Terms of employment: Full-time or part-time; morning, day, and weekend shifts; full-time employees can expect between 30 and 40 hours per week, whereas part-time hours will vary.

Wage: $17.00-22.00/hour, based on experience and training.

Education required: Completion of high school is required.

Work experience required: 2 years of commercial baking experience is required. Completion of a post-secondary program or apprenticeship program for bakers may substitute for required work experience.
