PIZZA DEPOT, located at 30-149 Kensington Blvd, Saskatoon SK S7L 6V7, is looking for 1 full-time Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team to meet our targets, and who can identify new markets to increase sales.

The Restaurant Assistant Manager will have the following responsibilities:

Researching new wholesale food suppliers and negotiating prices
Managing and storing vendors’ contracts and invoices
Record and maintain future needs in kitchenware and equipment and place orders, as needed.
Overseeing staff performance
Prepare shift schedules.
Keep detailed records of daily, weekly, and monthly costs and revenues.
Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
Collect feedback and recommend improvements to the menus.

Wages: $ 22.50/hr based on 40 hrs a week
Location of work: Saskatoon, SK.

Education level: The right candidate will have a college degree or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management.
