Job Duties:

• Plan, organize and manage the operations of the restaurant.
• Ensure all the duties are performed in a timely and organized manner and the
• highest level of customer service is provided in the restaurant
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training.
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
• Maximizes restaurant profitability and meet restaurant financial objectives.
• Negotiate arrangement with suppliers and control inventory
• Maintain a record of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are
• followed.

Job Requirements:

• Completion of Secondary School Education.
• Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management
or
a minimum of 2 years of experience in the food
• industry is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work varied hours/days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Essential Skills:
• Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Attention to detail, Standing for extended periods
