RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare food;
• Ensure food service and quality control;
• Prepare weekly timetables, work schedules, cleaning schedules, and assign duties to the staff;
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, check deliveries and maintain inventory and stock records;
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, comments, and complaints;
• Assist with training of staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures when necessary;
• Assist with planning menus and determine related ingredient and labor cost;
• Perform other duties as assigned;

KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience
• Good people skills, communication skills, hardworking and willing to learn;
• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in retail food and beverage service in an asset;
