Duties:
Supervise and manage inventory levels for all seafood products, ensuring accurate counts, proper storage, and timely replenishment
Ensure that all seafood products meet quality standards and comply with health and safety regulations
Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of products to fulfill both wholesale and retail orders accurately and on time
Supervise warehouse staff, providing direction, guidance, and feedback to ensure motivated and productive team
Conduct training sessions on warehouse operations, safety protocols, and proper handling of products
Enforce safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse employees
Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments, inventory levels, and warehouse operations
Generate reports on warehouse performance, productivity, and other key performance indicators for management review
Work close with procurement, sales, and other departments to coordinate and prioritize inventory needs, delivery schedules, and customer demands

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience: proven experience as a warehouse worker in a seafood retail or wholesale environment; strong knowledge of seafood handling, storage, and safety protocols; excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively; strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping; ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
