Job Description:

Terms of Employment: Full-time permanent
Title of Position: Fishmonger (NOC 65202)
Wage: $20.75/hr
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week
Number of Positions: 3
Language: No language requirement

Duties:
-Cleaning, cutting, and preparing the seafood (crab, lobster, oysters, shellfish, etc.) for future processing.
-Need to know about a range of seafood, and the various techniques needed to process the products.
-Properly store the seafood to keep it fresh.
-Keeping the work area clean and sanitized.
-Following the safety and health regulations.
-Use tools safely in the handling, preparation of seafood.

Qualifications:
-Completion of secondary school is preferred.
-No Language or Work Experience Required; on-site training will be provided.
-Ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, late evening, weekends, and holiday as needed.
-Comfortable working with seafood, like crab, lobster, oysters, and shellfish.
