JOB DESCRIPTION
The Chief Executive Officer of Novel Nine Financial Advisors Ltd. will oversee the firm’s operations, ensuring they align with the company’s goals. The CEO will work with middle managers to guide the execution of audit policy development and due diligence services. This position will also create strategic policies to direct the company’s growth. These policies will help the firm continue providing tailored services to Canadian business owners, managers, and investors, while ensuring compliance with regional standards and regulations.

JOB DUTIES
The duties of the Chief Executive Officer at Novel Nine Financial Advisors Ltd. will include but are not limited to:
• Define and establish company goals, ensuring they align with our mission to provide internal audit policy development and due diligence services.
• Approve policies and programs that drive growth and improve business operations.
• Oversee the creation of key departments and senior staff positions to support business objectives.
• Allocate material, human, and financial resources to execute company policies and programs.
• Establish controls to ensure efficiency and approve promotional campaigns and personnel planning.
• Lead the selection of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure the firm attracts and retains top professionals in auditing, business consultancy, and due diligence.
• Ensure seamless coordination between departments to achieve company goals and deliver quality services to clients across Canada.
• Represent Novel Nine Financial Advisors Ltd. in external negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as needed to protect the company’s interests and maintain compliance with regional regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, or related discipline is required.
• Three years to less than five years of experience as a middle manager in financial, communications or other business services are required.
