New Dragon Express is fast food restaurant in Edmonton, AB. We offer Asian cuisines, such as traditional chop suey, Hong Kong Style fast food, Thai & Vietnamese food etc.

Job duties:
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Supervise and check assembly of trays
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
• Establish work schedules

Skills requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Completion of a community college program in a related discipline OR at least 1-2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
