Qualifications:
– Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English is required;
– A college diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce or economics is required;
– 1 year to less than 2 years of work experience as a purchasing clerk or as an administrative clerk is required;
– Having knowledge of traditional Japanese pastries is an asset.

Job duties:
– Be responsible for purchasing materials of all Neo Coffee Bar locations in GTA;
– Have a meeting with Store Manager at each location of Neo Coffee Bars in GTA on a regular basis;
– Work with Store Manager of each location of Neo Coffee Bar to ensure that each location has adequate stock of materials and supplies;
– Purchase general and specialized equipment and materials;
– Assess requirements of each location of Neo Coffee Bar to develop specifications for equipment, materials and supplies to be purchased;
– Develop specifications for equipment, materials and supplies to be purchased;
– Negotiate offers from suppliers;
– Review quotations;
– Determine contract terms and conditions;
– Award contracts to appropriate parties;
– Establish delivery schedules;
– Monitor progress of delivery schedules.
