Look4Tutor is an educational group founded in 2016, led by UBC professors Prof, PhDs and Masters. Our current business includes university tutoring, GMAT tutoring, CFA teaching, and postgraduate application assistance for all stages of students.

Job Description
1. Define business goals for the company and devise or authorize the company policies and projects.
2. Establish of key departments and corresponding senior staff positions.
3. Distribute human, and financial resources to execute the company policies.
4. Conduct the financial and administrative control.
5. Select and approve promotional campaigns and approve comprehensive personnel planning.
6. Recruit middle managers, directors, or other executive-level staff.
7. Facilitate the collaboration among divisions and departments.
8. Act as the organization’s representative to participate in important negotiations.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. College diploma in business administration or other discipline related to the relevant field.
2. 1 to 2 years’ experience in middle leadership role in education or relevant industry.
3. Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
4. Comprehensive understanding of the education industry.
