Job Description:
• Develop and implement a long-term strategic vision for Leisure Center, aligning business goals with market trends and consumer preferences to drive growth and profitability.

• Oversee the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Optimize financial resources and ensure sustainable business operations.

• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand Leisure Center’s market presence and reach.

• Lead marketing manager to plan and promote online and offline events, discount campaigns, and brand-focused initiatives.

• Provide effective leadership and mentorship to the management team and staff.

• Streamline and optimize business processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all aspects of the business.
