Kiyo Group Inc. also known as Kaio Renovations is a construction company based in Etobicoke, ON. It offers services in both commercial and residential sectors.

Full–time Painters are required at the Wage rate of $25.25/ hr. for 40 hours per week.

Job Duties:

Apply paint, stain, varnish, enamel, and other finishes to equipment, buildings, and/or other structures, using brushes, spray guns, or rollers.
Prepare and clean surfaces using methods such as scraping, and sanding.
Remove old wallpaper and loose paint.
Make on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixtures, etc.
Prepare, pain and cleanup jobs efficiently with a focus on details.
Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. plaster).
Work effectively with our big crews that are responsible and punctual.
Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture.
Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions.
Apply primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces, such as bare wood or metal, for finish coats.
Calculate amounts of required materials and estimate costs, based on surface measurements and/or work orders.
Fill cracks, holes, and joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other fillers, using caulking guns or putty knives.
Mix and match colors of paint, stain, or varnish with oil and thinning and drying additives to obtain desired colors and consistencies.

Requirements:

Completion of Secondary School is required.

Minimum 1-6 months of experience in the field is required.
