Salary: $61.54 hourly for 30 hours per week

– Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English is required;
– Completion of secondary (high) school is required;
– 3 years to less than 5 years of work experience as a middle manager in the food service industry is required.

Job duties:
– Oversee multiple Kinton Ramen Restaurant locations in GTA supervising middle managers of each location, and report to Vice President;
– Champions the brand’s vision and values and ensures alignment amongst the leadership team and create a culture of positivity and high standards where all staff strive for perfection in everything;
– Develop annual business plans identifying key activities and priorities, and establish objectives for the company and formulate or approve policies and programs;
– Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions;
– Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs;
– Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure compliance with employment standards, human rights, health and safety, and WHMIS for the Brand, as well as effective implementation and compliance of food safe and pest control programs;
– Formulate, approve, oversee and assist in in the creation of innovative promotional activities and measure profitability as well as approve overall personnel planning;
– Ensure complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing programs;
– Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff, delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions;
– Create and maintain regular, ongoing communication standards in operations regularly;
– Co-ordinate the work with Regional & General Managers on developing and executing operational strategies that are aligned with the Brand’s business strategy is known and adhered to.
