Salary: $48.08 hourly for 40 hours per week

Qualifications:
– Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English is required
– College/CEGEP or equivalent experience is required
– 3 years to less than 5 years of work experience in the food service sector including supervisory experience is required

Job duties:
– Attend corporate operations meetings to report and discuss restaurant operations;
– Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations of all Kinton Ramen locations in the province of Ontario;
– Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures;
– Estimate the price of products and services;
– Recruit, train and supervise staff according to the operating standards, and hiring and training practices of all Kinton Ramen locations in the province of Ontario;
– Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance;
– Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices;
– Ensure health and safety of employees are properly protected according to the health and safety standards of Kinton Ramen;
– Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies;
– Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities;
– Develop, implement and analyze budgets;
– Participate in marketing plans and implementation;
– Address customers’ complaints or concerns;
– Provide customer service when necessary;
– Provide support for the planning and implementation of new restaurant set-ups and new projects;
– Conduct performance reviews;
– Organize and maintain inventory
