We are now expecting to hire an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our growing company and be a valuable member of our group. To succeed as a qualified Administrative Assistant, you should be focused on supervising the daily operations of our company and planning the most efficient administrative procedures.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
• Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
• Answer electronic enquiries
• Compile data, statistics and other information
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
• Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
• Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
• Perform data entry
• Provide customer service
• Maintain and manage digital database
• Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
What You’ll Need to Acquire:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree;
• Solid knowledge in administration, accounting, business or related fields;
• Minimum one year experience as an administrative assistant;
• Ability to communicate in English;
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency with computers and office software;
• Ability to handle multitasks.
